Cosmo 0.2.7 Released

0.2.7 fixes two critical data consistency issues:
- PUTs aborted partway through the process caused Cosmo to store the partial file and return a success response rather than failing as expected [5078]
- Simultaneous signup operations could fail, resulting in broken accounts without home directories in the repository [5095]
