Chandler builds on Fedora Core 4
June 22nd, 2005 at 8:24 pm (2 years, 10 months ago) by bear under Chandler Desktop Development, Chandler Product NewsAfter upgrading to the latest version of libxml2 (2.6.19) I was able to perform a full build of Chandler on FC4. Unfortunately because of issue between gcc 3.4 and gcc 4.0, the FC4 version of Chandler does not run on FC2 or FC3 but the FC3 version of Chandler runs perfectly well on FC4.
So that brings our unofficial operating system count to 9: FC2, FC3, FC4, Debian (sid), Ubuntu (hoary), WinXP, Win2K, OS X Panther and OS X Tiger.
Not bad for a non-trivial GUI application
