Ted Leung joins OSAF staff.

Ted has been involved with the Apache Software Foundation’s XML project, serving as its chairman for two years between 2001 and 2003. Ted is really excited to be working on Chandler and to be involved with another flavor of open source. He’ll be working in the “OSAF Home Office on Bainbridge Island”.
